prmptree is an AI email agent that connects to your Gmail inbox and automatically reads, replies, archives, and manages your emails on your behalf. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant prmptree permission to read, archive, send, and manage emails on your behalf using the Google Gmail API. These permissions are required for the service to function. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings or from the Settings page in the app.

When operating in Ask me first mode, you are shown each proposed action before it executes. By approving an action, you take responsibility for it. prmptree is not liable for any emails sent, archived, or actions taken that you approved.

We recommend reviewing actions carefully before approving them, especially for send and delete operations.

You must be at least 13 years old to use prmptree. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use prmptree to send spam, harass others, violate any laws, or abuse the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service, without prior notice.

prmptree is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may experience outages, data loss, or unexpected behavior. Do not rely on prmptree as your sole method of managing critical communications.

We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the service or adjust pricing at any time. Where practical, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via the email address associated with your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of prmptree will be resolved under United States law.
